Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal for individual subscriptions. Team and enterprise plans are invoiced with net-14 terms.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, new Full Digital subscribers can try the first 14 days for €1. If you cancel within the trial, no further charges apply.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can change your billing cycle at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Do students get a discount?
We offer a verified student rate of €9 per month for the Full Digital plan. Verification is handled through your university email address at sign-up.
How do team licenses work?
Team plans start at 5 seats with a per-seat discount that grows with volume. One administrator manages members and billing centrally, and seats can be reassigned at any time.
Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Yes, VAT-compliant invoices are issued automatically for every payment and can be downloaded from your account or requested from our billing team.
